Privacy & support

Sprooks is currently a preview. The public demo uses sample data stored on your device. Reset sample data in the app to clear it.

Live account information

For live accounts, Sprooks stores account details, player profiles, memberships, messages, venue records and reservations in Supabase. Profiles and memberships are visible to signed-in players. Only members can read their meet and club conversations.

How information is used

We use your name, email and account identifier to provide sign-in and profiles. You choose the city, sports interests, messages, event details and venue address you submit. Memberships, reports and support requests support community features and safety. Service providers retain technical request and authentication logs for security and troubleshooting. We do not use this information for advertising tracking or sell it to data brokers. When you choose Current location, the app requests foreground location permission to find nearby activities. Your device coordinates are used in memory for filtering and are not stored in your Sprooks account; there is no background location tracking. Map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap and reveal the map area being viewed and normal network request information to that provider. You can use city or venue search without granting location. The app does not request contacts, camera or microphone access.

Google and Apple sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email, account identifier and available profile-picture information with our Supabase authentication service. Sprooks uses this information for account sign-in and profile setup, not advertising. Email/password remains available. Apple sign-in is being prepared and is not yet enabled; when available, it will support Apple’s private email relay. Apple authorization grants will be stored encrypted on the server so account deletion can revoke Apple access.

Payments

Live payments and paid reservations are disabled in this release. Sprooks does not collect card details. Existing booking records may include amounts, payment references and status. Demo payments are local simulations and do not charge money.

Your choices

Request deletion of your Sprooks account without reinstalling the app, or use the account-deletion option in your profile.

You can edit your profile, block or report players, and request account deletion in the app. Accounts with outstanding reservations or managed activities are queued for administrator review before deletion.

What account deletion removes

Completed account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, memberships, blocks and authored chat messages. Safety reports and administrative audit records are retained for review with your account references removed. Report text may still contain information supplied by the reporter. Accounts with booking records or owned clubs, meets or venues require administrator review before deletion.

Business verification documents

Business and facility applicants provide registration details, business contact email and phone number, facility address, a current permit and evidence of operating authority. Documents may be PDFs or images selected from your files. Supporting documents are private to the applicant and authorized reviewers. Approved facility details are public; supporting documents are not. We retain applications and evidence while the application or venue is active. Deletion requests include review of retained obligations and required records. Redact unrelated identity numbers and financial details before uploading.

Contact

Contact admin@sprooks.com for support, privacy questions or account deletion assistance. Court payments remain unavailable until payment integration verification is complete.
